About Ashley
Ashley Franco is the general counsel for C3bank, where she manages the institution’s legal department and oversees functions nationwide. Based in San Diego, she is a member of the bank’s executive management team.
Prior to joining C3bank, Franco served as counsel to ABP Capital, a San Diego-based private equity firm. There, she represented the company in private equity lending, acquisitions, development, and financing involving diverse commercial real estate asset classes, including hospitality, life sciences, multifamily, industrial, and retail. Franco has extensive experience in a broad array of transactions, including construction, leasing, and syndication throughout California and the United States.
As counsel to the bank, Franco focuses on providing efficient and effective support to achieve the institution’s objectives.
She is admitted to practice law in California.
