About Tommy

Tommy Wornham joined C3bank in 2017 and currently serves as Chief Banking Officer, a role he has held since 2023. In this capacity, he helps guide the bank’s strategic growth and oversees relationship-driven banking initiatives.

Prior to joining C3bank, Tommy spent five years as an Account Executive at Advent Software (acquired by SS&C Technologies), where he worked out of the firm’s New York City office. There, he specialized in delivering accounting and reporting solutions to RIAs, asset managers, and hedge funds.

Tommy is a graduate of Princeton University, where he was Captain and Quarterback of the football team. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Encinitas 101 MainStreet Association and is an active member of the Century Club of San Diego.
